Our manufacturing plant spans 175,000 sq ft with an electrical load capacity of 1600KW, enabling us to meet the demands of the industry efficiently.
Production Capabilities
With multiple processes such as Injection Molding, Vacuum Forming, Extrusion, Compression Molding under one roof, we provide a holistic solution to our customer base. We possess the capacity to produce 100,000 sets of mats per month with vacuum forming machines that can produce a part up to 1.5mtr x 2.5mtr in dimension. Our injection Molding machines range from 250-800 tonnes. Our integrated tool and die manufacturing further enables quick turnarounds on new projects.
